Shipping and Returns
Shipping methods and delivery times
Tsunami delivers orders within the European Union and the United States, and to other countries on request. Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours (working days) to mainland Spain and 48 to 72 hours (working days) to the Balearic Islands. Orders within the European Union take 3 to 4 working days, and orders to the United States take 7 to 8 working days.
Please note that shipments and durdays, Sundays or public
holidays.
To calculate the delivery time, please bear in mind that orders placed from 2:00 pm onwards will start being prepared the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are prepared and shipped on Monday.
During promotions or sales, delibe affected.
We offer free shipping on ordersl. Shipping to the United Kingdomcosts €30, and to the rest of Europe €25. Orders outside Europe have a shipping cost of €60.
Any additional customs duties foill be paid by the buyer.
Orders will be shipped directly from Tsunami through its logistics partners.
If there is no one to receive the package at the delivery address provided, a notice will be
left with a telephone number thanfirm what time your goods can bedelivered.
If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, please contact the Customer
Service team at www.tsunamiskiwet pedidosonline@tsunamiskiwear.com or call us on +34934091020. As soon as we receive your notification, we will take the
appropriate steps to find out whthin the agreed time.
Returns
You can request a return in the “Returns” section of “My account”.
You may return the goods to us provided that you notify us of your intention within ten days of
receiving the order, that the it its packaging is in perfectcondition.
We offer one free return per order, provided it is within Spain or Portugal.
For online orders shipped outsidcosts will be paid by thecustomer.
Once we receive the goods at Tsunami, the amount will be refunded using the same payment methoyou used to place the order.
For size or style exchanges you st return the original garment and request the exchange from us. However, so that you can shop with complete peace of mind, we have extended the exchange periohis Christmas season. You haveuntil 15 January to exchange items for a different size or style.
If it is just a size exchange, once we receive the original garment we will send you the correct size. If it is an exchan different price, we will refundthe first item and you will neednt again.
