SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Shipping methods and delivery times
Tsunami delivers orders within the European Union, the United States and upon consultation for other countries. The delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours for mainland Spain, and 48 to 72 working hours for the Balear Islands. For orders within the European Union it is 3 to 4 working days, and 7 to 8 working days for the United States.
Please note that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
To calculate the delivery time, please note that orders placed after 14:00h will start to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are prepared and will be dispatched on Monday.
In periods of promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.
We offer free shipping for orders with delivery addresses in Spain, France and Portugal. For orders from the rest of Europe the cost will be 15€, and for orders outside Europe the shipping cost will be 40€.
The additional cost of customs duties for shipments outside the UE (European Union), will be paid for the buyer and please contact your local customs office for details. Except for USA that are included in the price and will be sent with the Incoterm DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”).
Orders will be shipped directly from Tsunami through its logistics operators.
In the event that there is no one responsible for the reception of the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number that you should call to confirm at what time the goods can be delivered.
If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact the Customer Service Department at www.tsunamiskiwear.com. You can write to info@localhost or call +34 934091020. As soon as we receive your notification we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.
Returns
If you find a defective product in the order that you have received, please contact us at info@localhost or call +34 934091020.
You may return the goods to us provided that you inform us of your intention to do so within ten days of receiving the order, provided that it has not been used and its packaging is in optimum condition.

As long as the return is due to product defects, Tsunami assumes the shipping costs incurred by the return. You will be able to replace it or substitute it for other items.
If the reasons for the return are beyond Tsunami’s control, i.e. if the goods are in perfect condition, but you still want to return them, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Tsunami will also cover the costs of returning the goods within the first 10 working days. Upon receipt of the goods at Tsunami, the payment will be credited to the same way with which it was made.
You have 30 days to make a change of model or size, you must return the original garment and request the change by calling +34 93 409 10 20, or sending an email to info@localhost.
If it is only a size exchange, when we receive the original garment, we will resend the appropriate size. If it is a change of model with a different price, we will refund the first one and you will have to buy again through the online shop the desired model.
