Tsunami delivers orders within the European Union, the United States and upon consultation for other countries. The delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours for mainland Spain, and 48 to 72 working hours for the Balear Islands. For orders within the European Union it is 3 to 4 working days, and 7 to 8 working days for the United States.

Please note that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

To calculate the delivery time, please note that orders placed after 14:00h will start to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are prepared and will be dispatched on Monday.

In periods of promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.

We offer free shipping for orders with delivery addresses in Spain, France and Portugal. For orders from the rest of Europe the cost will be 25€, except United Kingdom 30€ and for orders outside Europe the shipping cost will be 60€.

 The additional cost of customs duties for shipments outside the UE  (European Union), will be paid for the buyer and please contact your local customs office for details. Except for USA that are included in the price and will be sent with the Incoterm DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”). 

Orders will be shipped directly from Tsunami through its logistics operators.

In the event that there is no one responsible for the reception of the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number that you should call to confirm at what time the goods can be delivered.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact the Customer Service Department at www.tsunamiskiwear.com. You can write to info@localhost or call +34 934091020. As soon as we receive your notification we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.
