To buy in the Tsunamiskiwear shop, just follow the purchase steps and fill in the form with your personal details and shipping address before making the payment and you will be automatically registered with a random password that you will receive in your email. You can change it at any time in your user profile “My account”. You can access this section located at the bottom of the page in the grey area.

For future purchases, you simply log in to “My Account” and the system will remember your details except for the payment method, which you will have to enter again. Due to privacy policy we do not store or save your payment details.

We offer free shipping for orders with delivery addresses in Spain, France and Portugal. For orders from the rest of Europe the cost will be 15€, and for orders outside Europe the shipping cost will be 40€.

The additional cost of customs duties for shipments outside the UE  (European Union), will be paid for the buyer and please contact your local customs office for more details.

The delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours for the peninsula, and 48 to 72 working hours for the Balearic Islands. For orders within the European Union it is 3 to 4 working days, and 7 to 8 working days for the United States.

The Product Warranty is 2 years for manufacturing defects.

To enjoy the guarantee of the products you need the purchase invoice.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in the warranty. However, for the benefit and longevity of our products, we offer a repair service for our customers. Please contact our Customer Service Department and we will try to find the best solution.

Transport guarantee: All our shipments are covered by an insurance of 100% of the value of the goods. Remember that you have 24 hours to make a claim if your order has been damaged during transport.
